The project is a two-story country residence designed in a contemporary premium style. The concept is based on a refined and restrained aesthetic enriched with unique custom details, including a bespoke fireplace and a decorative partition created according to the designers’ sketches.
The planning solution follows a clear division between public and private zones. The first floor accommodates the main living and leisure spaces: a spacious living room, kitchen-dining area, home office, and a SPA zone. The office is designed as a transformable room and can be easily converted into a fully functional guest bedroom with a private dressing room and bathroom, offering flexible use scenarios.
